This is Petey one of the main reasons No Fear Rescue was started. Being one of the biggest abuse cases in the area, he was emaciated and had his muzzle duct taped. Petey was seized by Animal Charity and was spending his days in a cage wrapped in a shower curtain. He also had a bite history and was heartworm positive, therefore this made him a rescue only dog. No one wanted to step up to the plate. But we seen right through this boys eyes into his heart and the rest is history....
